We Love North Berwick!

Visitors come from far and wide to visit North Berwick and locals love everything that the town has to offer; beautiful beaches and surrounding landscapes, the Bass Rock and islands as well as a variety of excellent businesses in the heart of the town! North Berwick has a wealth of wonderful independent shops, cafes and restaurants and each business does what they do so well.

We want to keep the High Street thriving with vibrancy, quality and uniqueness - so here at Westgate we aim to stock something a bit different that you won’t find everywhere.

One key selling point for us when it comes to buying products for our Gift Shop and Gallery is quality! We also endeavour to offer Scottish and local products as much as possible.

One of our newest ranges is from Sheila Galbraith, a jewellery maker local to North Berwick who draws inspiration from our surrounding landscapes and seascapes. Sheila has created a unique and beautiful range of hand-made jewellery exclusively available here at Westgate!

Another of our favourite brands is North Berwick Candles - inspired by North Berwick and designed and hand-made in our beautiful town! A variety of sizes and scents are available and Sarah at North Berwick Candles has designed the range with a key focus on eco-friendly, chemical-free, paraben-free and 100% soy wax products. The core range features four scents inspired by North Berwick; Better By The Beach, Live For The Moment, Salty Kisses and Par For The Course - We love them and we love North Berwick!
